ARD-NA-RI Frequently Asked Questions.
Will we need to bring our passports?
Whilst Passports are not required by British
citizens born in the UK and travelling from Britain the airlines
still require photographic identification. It is always best to
travel with identification and the easiest way to do this is to
carry your passport with you.
What time do we need to
arrival & depart?
To enable the cleaning team to give the house a full clean
and provide fresh linen & towels the house will be available
from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival; it must be vacated and in
a clean and tidy condition by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure.
Booking periods are usually Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise
agreed with the owner.
What house facilities are available?
The house has full oil fired central heating
and hot water. Water is obtained from the property's own private
well. The water has been laboratory tested to confirm that it is
clean, free of bacteria and very fit to drink. The water in the
area is defined as "mildly hard" and is therefore filtered
through a water softener system.
Cooking is by gas, as is the supply to the open fires in the hall
and lounge.
Heating, electricity, gas, water, linen and
normal cleaning are included in the price.
Linen and towels are provided.
TV, Sky & DVD on site.
Are there any charges for breakages & are
there any hidden extras?
A Breakages Deposit is payable to the manager
which can be made either by cash or cheque.
A welcome pack which includes milk, fresh bread, tea bags, coffee
and fresh fruit will greet you on arrival, with our compliments.
Are we allowed to bring our pets?
Regretfully pets are not allowed in the property.
Is smoking allowed?
In the interests of all our guests we operate
a strict no smoking policy.
If there are any problems who and how do we contact
assistance?
